Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Bibi ("the app"), made by Giray Batıtürk ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Bibi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Bibi helps you remember to stay in touch with people who matter. It reads contacts you choose on your device and schedules local reminders. Bibi stores your data on your device and does not require an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Bibi for your own personal use, subject to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.

Bibi Pro, subscriptions and lifetime

Bibi is free for up to 25 people. Bibi Pro unlocks unlimited people, fully custom rhythms and CSV export. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one time lifetime purchase.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings, under Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime. The lifetime option is a single one time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew.
• Restoring purchases. If you reinstall Bibi or set up a new device, use Restore Purchases to reactivate Pro on the same Apple account.
• Free trials or offers. If any free or introductory period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and are made through Apple, not through us.

Acceptable use

Use Bibi lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, and do not use it to harass or harm others.

Your content and contacts

You are responsible for the contacts and notes you add to Bibi. Because this data is stored on your device, keeping a device backup is your responsibility. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.

Disclaimer

Bibi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reminders depend on your device settings and notification permissions, and we do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Bibi, including any missed reminder or lost local data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
