Common questions
How do reminders work?
Pick the people you want to stay close to and give each one a rhythm, like weekly for Mom or monthly for a cousin. Bibi sends one calm local notification at the hour you choose when it is time to reach out. Same-day reminders roll into a single notification.
Can I set an exact date and time?
Yes. Open any person and set a specific day and time for a reminder, for example Sunday at 8pm.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone, and only there. Bibi has no account and no cloud. Your contacts, notes and reminders never leave the device. The only thing that leaves is what Apple needs to process a Pro purchase. See the Privacy Policy.
What does Bibi Pro include?
Bibi is free for up to 25 people. Pro unlocks unlimited people, fully custom rhythms and CSV export. It is available monthly, annually, or as a one time lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Bibi and cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Full details are in the Terms of Use.
I bought Pro but it is not showing up.
Open Bibi, go to the Pro or Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us and we will help.
How do I delete my data?
Remove a person or reminder inside the app to delete that item. To remove everything, uninstall Bibi and all local data is gone. For purchase records held by Apple, email us.
Bibi is not sending notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Bibi in the Settings app under Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so notification permissions need to be on.
Still stuck?
